How do I get Softly?

Softly is available now on the App Store, free to download. Tap Download on the App Store anywhere on this site, or open Softly on the App Store on your iPhone.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone. Softly keeps your cycle, symptoms, mood and diary on your device — we never receive your data. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data stays in your own private iCloud. If you link a partner, what you choose to share travels end-to-end encrypted: only your partner's phone can read it, not us. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

How do I delete my data?

Everything lives on your device, so removing it is in your hands. You can clear your entries from within the app's settings, and deleting Softly from your iPhone removes the app's local data. If you also used iCloud sync, turning it off and deleting the app removes the synced copy too.

Is Softly a medical device?

No. Softly is here to inform, never to diagnose. Its predictions are estimates based on your own data and don't replace professional medical advice. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.

Which languages does Softly support?

Around 50 languages. If a translation isn't quite right, you can help improve it — just get in touch and let us know.
